Telephone Call Staff

Job Description

We are recruiting for a short term, telephone day time call campaign, which will be taking place from Monday 25th – Friday 29th April.

We will require 4 people for this 1 week project, the hours of work will be 9am – 5.30pm with an hour for lunch, and the pay rate will be £7.20ph

The purpose and tasks in the call campaign are:

• Call member to establish if they have received the upgrade information
• Encourage members to apply to upgrade their membership and explain all the benefits involved
• Update members contact details on the database
• Update an Excel spreadsheet with the outcome of each call

Full training will be given but due to the work involved we will require people who have telephone experience with a good telephone manner and are confident on the phone.
You would also need some knowledge of Excel.
